We do our best every day to go out of our way to provide not only a quality handmade piece for you but also provide exceptional service to each and every one of our customers. We understand that in our busy society this personal connection is often lost. One of our goals is to establish and maintain that connection with all our customers. In addition to that personal connection that some refer to as customer service we offer creative suggestions and design consultation to any custom requests you may have. Design Consultation and Solutions
We can help!
Unlike traditional store bought items or stock items we offer personalized and custom works often much less than you would imagine, just ask! If you have an idea we will work collaboratively with you to provide you with what you are seeking. It can be as simple as looking up a location to mark a design or an idea you dream up and we help develop. We provide this at no cost to you. We only require a deposit once you decide to move forward and order a custom piece. Let us help make it happen!
Customer Service
Its all about you!
You will have our undivided attention and a tennis ball. Tug (pictured here) is our Director of Customer Service and his goal is to provide the best possible experience with our service and work. That’s not entirely true but it is our mission to provide you with these goals, Tug on the other hand wants to provide you with the tennis ball so you can throw it back to him. Like Tug we are passionate about our service just like he is about his tennis ball. We want everyone to feel like Tug when we throw the ball back and experience that level of professionalism when working with us. Just reach out and we will there just like Tug waits for that ball.
